Laser Soft is operated as a small dynamic business with large goals and motivation. In 1997, Laser Soft went global with a presence on the world wide web to supply product and services to anyone that needs them.

Phillip, Laser Soft's Proprietor, attended the local D.D.I.A.E. (Darling Downs Institute of Advanced Education) now the USQ (University of Southern Queensland) and successfully attained qualifications in the Computing Arena. Phillip has had an interest in electronics since age 8 and programming since age 15 and has worked for a number of Office Equipment, Computer and Electronics Outlets as well as being employed as a Commercial Programmer for a number of organizations, and as a Network Administrator supporting multiple servers and over 50 workstations for a busy administration firm. Linux and Windows Servers form part of the Network Administration support Phillip performs on a daily basis. Phillip was also a Director of a local Internet Service Provider, "Enter Net Australia Pty Ltd", and a Craft business, "Krafts, Kites and Kits".

Phillip is a Private Pilot and flies at the Darling Downs Aero Club, and Phillip is a member of the Local Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) and is embarking upon building his own 2 place aircraft.
